I intentionally treated the agouti gene as only having two alleles (A / a) as there seems to be mixed reactions about the existence of at. If I did anything wrong on the site, please don't hesitate to let me know! Or if you have any tools / updates you'd like me to add. Currently I plan to add in a way to calculate possible foals with custom (fantasy) genes.
